Work principle for mechanical shock tester:
To simulate the mechanical environmental for all kinds of products in process of using or transportation, test and inspect the testing sample's various properties or service life, need to do vibration test, shock test, collision test, drop test, etc mechanical test for the product and package.
Impact test is to simulate products under the influence of single & large energy impact. As impact and influence caused by emergency braking during transportation.
Collision test is to simulate products under the influence of repeatedly & small energy impact. Such as the impact when product was transporting on rough road & the impact of the aircraft landing. Generally, this is low peak value half sine wave.
Application for mechanical shock teste:
Mechanical Shock Tester is mainly used for small products for impact test, to assess the product's ability to withstand shock damage. It is often used in electronic components, electronic circuit boards and other environmental testing.

IV. Installation & Debugging
This equipment is laboratory instruments, the using environment should be no corrosive medium and no strong vibration source, the ambient temperature is 5 ~ 40 º C, relative humidity less than 90% (25 º C), the power supply voltage variation is not more than plus or minus 10%.
The test bench should be installed on horizontal position, levelness should less than 1/1000.
After installed the test bench, please connect the cable of electronic cabinet and test bench, and also connect the computer and electronic cabinet, and then connect the power and air supply.
Connect the sensor on the test bench surface.
The test sample can be fixed on test bench surface by M10 screws, the test bench is made of aluminum alloy castings and easy get bruised while using the machine, Please take attention on this. Testing samples' center of gravity should be installed in the center position of workbench.
