Mechanical Shock Tester for Electronic Components Application:
Mechanical Shock Tester is mainly used for small products for impact test, to assess the product's ability to withstand shock damage. It is often used in electronic components, electronic circuit boards and other environmental testing.

Mechanical Shock Tester features:

How Mechanical Shock Tester works:
1. By adjusting the amount of compression mesa drop height (crash test) or when changing the compression spring (impact test), you can change the impulse acceleration values.
2. When the mesa impact body up to a certain height that is falling hits the buffer pad, resulting in half-sine shock pulse shape.
3. Adjust the cushion thickness and material can change the duration of the pulse
The DC motor drive reducer lifter body by means of rolling supports push shock, the upward movement of the table.
4. The change in the rotational speed of the DC motor, to change the pulse repetition frequency.
Mechanical Shock Tester structure:
MS-50 Mechanical shock tester consist of test bench and electric control system.
Test bench consist of test bench base, test bench surface,cushion, door, air valve, cylinder, height travel switch, height adjustment device, motor, shell ,etc.
Cushion was put under the test bench. Lift the test bench by manual for change the cushion.
Air cylinder used for lifting the test bench, the lifting height was adjusted by height travel switch.
Motor control the height travel switch for moving through gearboxes.
Electrical control system consist of computer, electrical cabinet, manual switch, impulse measuring instrument etc.
Feedback within 2 hours, and offer solution in 48 hours and help to solve the problems.
Package: PP film first, and then 10mm foam between machine and the case, and outside is standard export plywood case.
